The Healing Power of Fruits & Vegetables

THE BIG CLEANSE

2 Ounces wheatgrass juice
1/2 Clove garlic, peeled
2 cups chopped collard greens / spinach / callaloo
2 cups chopped cauliflower
1/2 cup cubed red beet
1 cup chopped chard
2 large apples, cored and quartered

1)  Push all the ingredients through the juicer, except wheatgrass juice.
2)  Add wheatgrass juices to the juice mixture, and stir well
3)  Serve immediately.

Makes 1 1/2 - 2 Cups

THE BEAUTY PUNCH [ FOR A YOUNGER YOU]

1 Medium Cucumber, cut in slices
3 Medium parsnips, cubed
3 Large carrots, cut in slices, tops removed
1 Large pineapple with rind, cubed

1)  Push all the ingredients through the juicer. Stir juice well
2)  Serve immediately.

Makes 5 cups

YUMMY DETOX

1/4   Small watermelon with rind, cubed
2      Cups fresh pitted cherries, pre-frozen for about 2 or more hours
2      Cups alfalfa sprouts
1/2   Pint blueberries
1/2   Pint raspberries
1       Medium peach, pitted and quartered

1)     Push all the ingredients through the juicer. stir juice well
2)    serve immediately.

Makes 2 1/2 - 3 cups
